How are you doing today?
I am happy to see you in my blogpost.

This is another food/cooking blog.
This time it is about Sana.

About Sana:
It's a sweetmeat made by pure milk with some modification.

Ingredients:.

  • Sugar
  • Liquid Milk
  • Powder Milk

Ingredients (Visible):.

Steps:

First I needed to process the liquid milk using lemon juice.
I hope you know what happens when we use lemon juice in liquid milk.

It made this.

Then I added powder milk and sugar in that.
There comes a mixer.

Now I needed to dry it on the stove.

I cooked/dried the thing for some time.

Then it's finished.

It became like Kachagolla (A famous sweetmeat).
The taste was also similar to Kachagolla.

I think you should try this sometime.
