This kind of cold coffee is my favorite during this already hot season, and I love to enjoy it most at the beach or before heading to work. I pour it into a thermos bottle to keep it cold until I get to work, and then I leisurely savor it.
First, I add full-fat milk to make it creamier, then I put in 5-6 ice cubes.
After that, I add two espresso capsules from the Dolce Gusto machine, and finally, I sweeten it with just a bit of caramel Monin syrup, although hazelnut is also good, but I prefer caramel.
I do all of this in a large 300ml Americano glass.
I mix it all together and enjoy it, whether it's at work, at home, or at the beach.
