The cucumber fry chicken is very rich in flavor and suitable for rice. The protein in chicken is easy to absorb and the vitamin content is also high.
1: chicken (300 g); 2: cucumber (10 g); 3: white pepper (3 g); 4: salt (2 g);
5: cooking wine (3 g); 6: sesame oil (1 g); 7: sweet noodle sauce (3 g); 8: bean paste (3 g);
9: soy sauce (4 g); 10: white sugar (2 g); 11: potato starch (2 g); 12: vegetable oil (45 g).
1: Cut the cucumber and chicken into cubes;
2: Put chicken, white pepper, salt, cooking wine, potato starch and sesame oil in the bowl, stir well, and marinate for 15 minutes;
3: Put the sweet noodle sauce, bean paste, soy sauce and white sugar in the bowl and mix well;
4: Pour the vegetable oil into the pot and heat to 40%, then add the chicken and stir fry for 1.5 minutes on medium heat;
5: Leave oil in the pot, then pour the prepared sauce and chicken, stir fry for 2 minutes on medium heat;
6: Finally put the cucumber in the pot and stir fry for 1.5 minutes.
1: I recommend that the chicken pieces be 1 cm in size;
2: The longer the chicken is marinated, the better the taste;
3: Use small and medium fire when fry sauce;
