A terrible experience in a Restaurant

Good Day guys!

Let me share you my bad experience with this restaurant called Tajimaya which is located at Military Cut Off Baguio City, Philippines.

We went there to celebrate the Birthday of one of our colleague. It's an eat all you can where they serve US Angus beef, pork belly, chicken, squid, sausage, salmon belly, scallops, soup, kimchi and rice.

At the start, everything was fine. Our colleague even ordered bone marrow for us to eat. The waiter was even teaching us how to grill it. I was like, "This night is going to be good" because it had a great start.

Until they started serving, I was already questioning why did they only serve 1 set of the meal. We were 8 in the table. I thought when they were going to serve, they would serve more sets at least 2 or 3. After grilling the food, it was consumed so fast. We were forced to ask for some more.

I really don't know why did it take forever for them to bring out the next set of meals. We were all hungry because we just came from work. As soon as we got it, the charcoal in our grill couldn't cook the food because it was too weak already so we had to press the call button so they could change it. It just happened over and over again. Their service really sucked in this place. I don't know why there was always a delay in bringing out the set meals, I was wondering aren't the cuts all prepared in their kitchen? How hard is it to plate and serve them. I hated the period of waiting. There came a point in time where we asked a little food from the table of our other colleagues. The saddest part that happened was that they stopped serving us for no reason. We even kept on pressing the call button but no one would even come. We were trying to get the waiters attention but they were just completely ignoring our table. I was still hungry but we can't do anything so we just left.

I guess it really sucks to go there in groups because you won't be able to eat your fill. I remember that this also happened to and my family when we went here to eat. They would delay bringing out the set meals and the grill for cooking. I'm speculating that this is their modus so their business won't have losses. But the sad part was that we paid for it, the least that they could do is serve us right. I think it would be even better if they removed the eat all you can if they continue doing that. I'm still wondering if ever I'll still go back to this place and if I do I hope that their service will be a lot better compared to before. The food is actually good in this place but the service sucks bad
