Friends, today I am enjoying a very happy time because I am now staying at the village house due to three days public holiday. Village house means father-in-law's house. It really gave me a chance to enjoy a very happy time. I have enjoyed various things and things all day today. Because the village environment is much more enjoyable than the city.

However, with today's writing, I will not present any scene of the village, I will try to share it later. Because today I will share with you a nice and fun cake recipe from our village. Because I myself have tried to make this cake with others in the village and enjoyed it with everyone.

We always find traditional foods very interesting and I have a great interest in them. In fact, more or less everyone is attracted to traditional foods. In fact, our society has a variety of traditional foods that we try to enjoy in different ways at different times. The cake that I tried to present today is very popular in my father-in-law's house area. But it is also very easy to make.

Pati Pitha

These cakes are easily made in this region with flour, salt and oil. It is traditionally made by the people of this region and they try to enjoy it with the whole family. They look a lot like patti, everyone calls them patti pitha.

In our region there are some special leaves or palm trees also there is another tree called Pati leaves which is used to make a kind of bed which we call as Pati in Bengali language. And from that point of view, the name of this cake is Pati Pitha.

Making materials

It doesn't take a lot of materials to make it, as I said before. However, it is made with flour, salt and oil. This pitha is easily made using these ingredients.

How it is made

Here I am trying to present each step sequentially, so that you can try and create at home.

First I used the flour to make yeast with salt and oil, the real issue of yeast is in making this pitha. Then I thinned them into round shapes.

Then we cut them into parallel lengths and using the cut parts we made different shapes to shape the traditional things of the area.

We have thus created many different shapes and stacked them together.

Then I put a pan in the oven and heated it with some oil, I added a little more oil so that it can be fried nicely. Then I fried the pitha shapes nicely.

See how beautiful the shapes of the pitha are after frying, they are quite tasty to eat. This is the first time I have had the opportunity to make these cakes and taste them. I really thought it was something very tasty.

Thank you.
