Today is partly cloudy and the sky is a bit clear, but I can't say that it will be a good day. Because there is a fear that rain can start suddenly at any time. As the presence of sunshine is not very good, the sky is also likely to become more cloudy.
The environment takes a sudden turn and the situation changes, so it is better for us not to worry about it too much. However, our mentality is the most responsible for the destruction of the environment. Because we are constantly destroying the green nature and trying to do so.
Today I will share with you a slightly different recipe. Especially when it rains heavily and the cylinder gas in the house runs out, I will share with you a very easy way to cook on wood stove. Because I have prepared today's recipe in such a way that it doesn't take much time and you don't have to worry about it even if you don't have gas.
I did half the steps of the recipe without the fire and only did the last few steps on the wood stove. It also saved me less trouble and less wood. Hope you like the recipe.
Recipe Ingredients-
Mala fish
Luffa
Tomatoes
Onion
Raw chilies
Coriander leaves
Turmeric powder
Chilli powder
Cumin powder
Coriander powder
salt
Oil.
Recipe preparation phase-
First I cleaned the fish, then I sliced the luffa and tomatoes. Then I took it on a plate.
Then I took oil in a pan, put onions in it and mixed all the spices. I haven't put it in the wood stove yet though.
Then I added the tomato and luffa slices and mixed all the ingredients by hand, but I didn't put them in the oven yet. Then I gave the cleaned fish.
Then I mixed some water with them and added raw chillies. Then I put them in the wood stove and set them on fire.
Cooked like this for quite some time, then chopped the coriander leaves and when the broth reduced, took them out to serve.
Our recipe is ready to serve, If there is a problem with gas, I cook this way quickly. To be honest, it tastes great when cooked this way. The taste remains the same.
