Chole Bhature recipe is a combo recipe made with spicy and delicious Chana Masala and deep fried Puri. It is a very popular street food in North India which is also very much liked in Punjab and Delhi.

We will make this recipe in two parts but will eat together.

(1) Bhature:-

Ingredients:-

  1. Refined flour 2 cups

  2. Curd 2 cups

  3. Salt 1 teaspoon

  4. Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon

  5. Sugar 1 teaspoon

Method:-

First of all, take 2 cups of refined flour in a bowl,

by adding 1 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon salt, and 2 cups curd.

Mix it well, add water if needed and knead a soft dough

Apply oil on the dough, grease it, cover it and keep it aside for 3-4 hours

After 3-4 hours, make round balls of this dough and roll it

Now put this roti

in hot oil and press it till the bhatura is cooked

And keep pouring oil on the bhatura and then turn it over and fry till it becomes golden brown

Then remove the bhatura from the oil and place it on a tissue paper

And serve with Chana Masala

(2) Chole (Chana Masala):-

Ingredients:-

  1. Cup Chole

  2. Water

  3. Onion 1 big size

  4. Tomato 2

  5. Green Chili 4

  6. Ginger piece

  7. Garlic 5-6 pieces

  8. Red chilli powder 2 teaspoons

  9. Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon

  10. Coriander powder 2 teaspoons

  11. Salt 1 teaspoon

  12. Everest Chole Masala 1 teaspoon

  13. Kasuri Methi 1/2 teaspoon

  14. Oil 1 tablespoon

  15. Coriander leaves a few

Method :- Put 1 cup of chickpeas soaked overnight in a pressure cooker and let it cook well

Take 1 big size spoon of oil in a pan and add 2 bay leaves, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida,

Then add onion, ginger, garlic paste, chilli paste

After it turns golden, add tomato puree

Then add salt, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, kasuri methi, chana masala

Mix well And cook it

Now add boiled chickpeas and mix it

And then add water as per requirement and cook for 10 minutes

Then add coriander leaves
And serve it for eating and feeding

छोले भटूरे की रेसिपी एक कॉम्बो रेसिपी है जो मसालेदार और स्वादिष्ट चना मसाला और डीप फ़्राई पूरी के साथ बनाई जाती है यह उत्तरी भारत में बहुत लोकप्रिय स्ट्रीट फूड है जिसे पंजाब और दिल्ली में भी बहुत पसंद किया जाता है
इस रेसिपी को हम दो पार्ट में बांट कर बनाएँगे पर खाएँगे साथ में
(१ ) भटूरे:-
सामग्री:-
१) मेदा २ कप
२)दही २कप
३) नमक १ चम्मच
४) बेकिंग सोडा १/२ चम्मच
५) सुगर १ चम्मच

मेथड:-
सबसे पहले एक बाउल में २ कप मैदा ,

१ चम्मच शुगर , १/२ चम्मच बेकिंग सोडा , १ चम्मच नमक, और २ कप दही डालकर

अच्छी तरह से मिक्स करेंगे जरूरत हो तो पानी डालेंगे और इसका मुलायम सा आटा गूथ लेंगे

आटे पर ऑयल लगाकर चिकना करके और इसे कवर करके एक तरफ़ ३-४ घण्टे के लिये रख देंगे
३-४ घण्टे बाद इस आटे की गोल लोई बनाएँगे और इसे बेल लेंगे

अब इस रोटी

को गरम तेल में डालेंगे जब तक भटूरा सिक ना जाए तब तक दबाए

और भटूरे के ऊपर ऑयल डालते जाएँगे फिर पलट कर सुनहरा भूरा होने तक तलेंगे

फिर भटूरे को ऑयल से निकाल कर टिश्यू पेपर पर रख देंगे

और चना मसाला के साथ सर्व करेंगे
(२) छोले ( चना मसाला):-
सामग्री:-
१ )कप छोले
२) पानी
३) ओनियन १ बिग साइज
४) टमाटो २
५)ग्रीन चिली ४
६) जिंजर टुकड़ा
७) गार्लिक ५-६ पीस
८) लाल मिर्च पाउडर २ चम्मच
९) हल्दी पाउडर १ चम्मच
९०) धनिया पाउडर २ चम्मच
११) नमक १ चम्मच
१२) एवरेस्ट का छोले मसाला १ चम्मच
१३) कसूरी मेथी १/२ चम्मच
१५) ऑयल १ बिग चम्मच
१६) धनिया लीफ़ कुछ

मेथड :- १ कप चना रातभर भिगोये हुए को प्रेशर कुकर में डालकर अच्छे से पकने देंगे
एक पेन में १ बिग साइज स्पून ऑयल लेंगे उसमे २ तेजपता, राई, ज़ीरा, हींग,

फिर ओनियन, जिंजर, गार्लिक पेस्ट, चिली पेस्ट

डालेंगे सुनहरा होने के बाद टमाटर पुयरी डालेंगे

फिर इसमें नमक , लाल मिर्च पाउडर, हल्दी, धनिया पाउडर कसूरी मेथी, चना मसाला डालकर

अच्छी तरह से मिक्स करके पकाएँगे

अब इसमें उबले हुए छोले डालेंगे मिलाएँगे

और फिर ज़रूरत के अनुसार पानी डालकर १० मिनिट के लिए पकाए

फिर धनिया लीफ़ डालेंगे
और खाने के लिए और खिलाने के लिए सर्व करेंगे
