here is my Chanterelles Risotto with Gambas with white & dark chocolate
Ingridients:
150 gr. organic risotto ( 3persons)
dried chanterelles and with 1 min. fried into a pan
roasted garlic
organic grey gambas
sweet beans
rosemary
grate white Chocolate
grated 70% dark chocolate
grated parmesan
olive oil
I don't used measurements so I used only my estimating with my eyes ๐
My family especially our little kid love it! ๐
