Hail to the Hive!

At the end of my walk yesterday as I arrived at the weir they call Horseshoe Falls I was immediately taken by this imposing tree.

“Look at me!”

The tree almost said to me in my mind.

“ Take my picture as I am a bad ass looking tree, Look at me!”

“You are indeed a fine looking tree, strong and imposing.”

You’re damned right I am little human. I am big and bad ass and hard and strong!”

“ That you are indeed “ I said to the tree ( in my mind of course as if I was actually talking to the tree the other walkers and dog walkers would think me quite mad!)

“I shall take your picture fine looking tree! And I will make you look awesome on Black and White!”

“I like that, I shall look imperious and awesome and BAD ASS in #monochrome. Make sure you get my good side though and stand over there.”

I of course did as I was instructed by the bad ass tree. I couldn’t get the tree to pot though, models can be so pretentious these days. I then bid a fond farewell the the Bad Ass Tree!
