Going through some things and looking from different angles of life, you will agree with me that there are different time which signifies different meanings.. Sometimes we are happy and sometimes we are sad and even some say we can be in between the two..
What is/are Emotions?
In a layman language, I would say emotions is a drive of feelings we get which is capable of controlling our behaviour and can sometimes take a big role on our mental health. Emotions can sometimes come unaware and sometimes you will be aware of it. This sympathetic stage is reached by the help of the division of the autonomic nervous system.
Emotions flow through us in an ending cycle which means when it comes, it will surely end. As a human, I would say in emotions comes in a natural way which makes some good or bad, when joy comes then sadness rolls out this simply means when you get joy with you, you are happy you were able to get what you wanted but when you get a sad emotions, that means you loose what you value or were unable to get what you want..
Back to the question I asked, Is it okay to get emotional? In an actual sense, I would say yes because of some certain reasons.
- When you get emotional, you either think back to what made you get emotional be it in the good away or the other way around..
- Emotions are natural just like I said, emotions gives you a firm stand over what you want..
- When you get emotional, it shows a true sense of disbelief or discomfort..
Emotions are real, and it is all well and good to get emotional.. You are you, and your emotions is capable of telling alot about you. Just that when we get emotional, we should not allow this to weigh us down or make us look depressed that it will affect every aspects of our lives or the people around us..
