@saydie here, playing Splinterlands everyday!Krowl Brightbane was one of the 3 new cards that were currently available in the Voucher Shop. It was the second batch in which we got multiple Voucher cards in the Voucher Shop, which I think was done to increase the volume of Vouchers that were used for the cards and hopefully offset the Vouchers that were minted every day. However, it seems that those efforts haven't shown a good result yet, as there were only 784,850 Vouchers spent for the cards when I was writing this post, when we were supposed to burn 3.6 million Vouchers in the 90 days that these cards will be available.
However, that still does not include the Vouchers burned during the Fortune Draw and Auction event that was currently ongoing. And with that, here are the results for the Gold Foil Fortune Draw event for Krowl Brightbane.
Who were the winners? How many entries did they use? And how many vouchers were used in the process will be the main topic of this post.
The GFA Fortune Event for Krowl Brightbane lasted for 25 days, with 25 GFA copies of the card, each with a unique mint number, awarded to players who won each raffle. To participate, what players need to do is to enter their Fortune Ticket, which is equivalent to a single entry. It can be obtained through the secondary market or crafted using 10 Vouchers and 200 Aura for 200 DEC. While there is only one player who can win the raffle, all the participants will still receive the regular foil version of the card equivalent to the entries they entered.
And now, here are the 25 lucky winners of the GFA Krowl Brightbane.
All in all, there are 10,343 Fortune entries that were used for the GFA Fortune Draw. Since each ticket needs 10 Vouchers, that means GFA Krowl Brightbane has burned 103,430 Vouchers in total, which is just about 2.5 days worth of Vouchers minted. On average, there are 414 Fortune entries that were used in each draw. Using beaker007's Resource Converter, a Fortune Ticket costs 643.13 DEC or 63.47 SPS.
Compared to the cost of purchasing a regular copy of Krowl Brightbane in the general sale, which costs 25 Vouchers or 732.913 DEC per BCX, you can see that you can save more if you participate in the Fortune Draw than to buy the card in the general sale in terms of its DEC value, given that you can produce the resources as a Land owner.

When it comes to the lowest number of entries entered, it's surprising how mint #2 has the lowest number of entries, with only 231 entries, while mint # 25 has the highest number of entries entered, despite being the first card that was minted.

And as for the winners, zingre was able to snatch the mint #5 with only5 entries entered, which makes it the lowest number of entries entered. On the other hand, misterrogers had to enter 401 entries to get the mint # 1 of the card, but with this, he was also able to secure a max-level regular foil version of the card, and maybe that was his goal too.

Through this event, there are a total of 103,430 Vouchers that were burned, along with 2,068,600 Aura. At the same time, of the 2,068,600 DEC that were used to mint the entries, both the DAO and the team have earned 1,034,300 DEC each.
Overall, if I compare Krowl Brightbane with the previous common Voucher card that was available in the shop, it seems that Krowl has sold more in the Fortune Draw event. It can be that many others were utilizing their land resources to acquire Fortune Entries, as it is much cheaper than getting the card on the general sale, but it may also explain why the General Sale does not sell as many cards as it is supposed to.
