400 g flour,
2 bags of baking powder,
300 grams of cottage cheese,

8 teaspoons of oil,
120 grams of brown sugar,

100 grams of powdered sugar and one lemon or one lime
Mix flour and baking powder, mix cheese, milk, vanilla sugar, oil and sugar and combine mixture with flour.
The mass will be somehow strangely dense
And divide it well in a baking pan - it will stick a lot.
I somehow managed to put it in the pan with this rubber and divide it ... is it pretty nice .. and if you have a crucifix, sprinkle the chocolate on top and if not..it is not necessary
Place to bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 15 minutes
Then squeeze the lemon or lime .. into the powdered sugar .. and when the cake is done .. coat the top with a mixture of powdered sugar and lemon
You can sprinkle a little chocolate on it or grate the rinds of lime or lemon
