⛺⛺⛺ Thanh An is quite isolated island in Can Gio district, small area, only about 130 km2. From the center of Ho Chi Minh City, you can take a motorbike or a bus to Binh Khanh ferry terminal to get to the pier. With the easy way to travel, this place is a lot of tourists from Saigon selected as a destination during the weekends or holidays. 🚢
🚢🚢🚢 Time of the train from the mainland to the island is 6h30, 9h, 10h30, 12h, 14h, 17h, and from the island to the mainland is 6h30, 7h30, 10h30, 12h, 14h, 17h. On Saturdays and Sundays, the boat may run earlier than the specified time when the boat is full. It is best to go 9h and return at 14h. So you can visit some other places
Thanh An Island does not have many points to play. Our aim is to enjoy the fresh seafood and to forget the daily worries when joining in the simple, rustic life in the coastal fishing village.
In order not to waste time, on the way to Thanh An Island you can visit Can Gio beach (30/4 Sea). Sunset or dawn here are beautiful. The first thing that visitors to this beach are surprised that the sand here is black. This is due to the geographical nature of the new sea sand is not black, not due to infection.
