If your personality is enough good then you can naturally inspire people in your colleagues or around your surroundings and easily you can make friends or long-lasting relationships.

At the very first step you should be honest among people and speak always the truth. You should show always your good side and show enthusiasm for everything. Being enthusiastic makes everything accomplished in a good way. Also, a good sense of humor can make your personality attractive. Be confident whenever you talk about anything ales with somebody and keep a good smile on your face.

Having a good posture developed confidence in you and always keeps dressing well, and respects yourself and others makes your personality more attractive to people. Rather than a good diet and good body language can also boost your confidence.

Reading something every day can develop a good thinking way you should read something good every day like good articles, books, news, and novels it can stimulate your mind and gives you things you can discuss among people.

Being a good listener can also make your personality good whenever you talking with someone first listen to him carefully and understand him then give him a response. If they want a good suggestion from you then you should give him humble advice.

Making new connections can also develop your social skills. If you build your connection with people can also give you a way then you can teach something good or bad things from others. Being a trustworthy with people if you do promise with someone you should fulfil it and makes your trust level strong to others.
