In my today's blog, I wanna discuss the topic of how to accept yourself and become a reserved and quiet person, however, this quality is enough good and a positive thing if you be quiet and a reserved person. If you think your personality is similar to anyone who's the same qualities as you then you can surround yourself by communicating each other because you'll easily attract that kind of people who resemble with you. You can also find a meetup group on social media websites.

If you've social anxiety or a typical relationship that caused you mental illness then consult with your doctors if it is serious. Your mental health is really important to stay healthy in your life.
