Never quit when it is about your education or career. Quitting would make you a coward, but is this 'never quitting' attitude alway helpful ? My parents have rented out one of their properties to some young working girls who have been staying there harmoniously for around 4 years now. Everything seemed well until two other girls joined them few weeks back.

Their were minor tiffs that led to some irreconcilable fights. Recently the two new girls accused the older tenant's of stealing a new pair of their footwear. Thought the accusation seemed baseless and fake, the girls agreed to pay them the cost of the footwear and advised them to take the money and leave the house. But seems like these girls are born to trouble. The girls claimed that there are emotional attachment attached to the new pair of footwear that cannot be weighed with money and they want their footwear back. Now, nobody knows where the footwear is and the rest of the girls claimed that they have never seen it.
While my parents and everyone around advised the girls to vacate the house and find a better place to live, they say they do not want to do so because that would project them as weaklings, who left the battlefield. Well, I cannot imagine how foolish are they. Isn't it easier to place itself in a positive environment than dwell at the place where everyone hates you ? Whom do you have to showcase your heroics.
If it were me at their place I would leave the house on day 1 when I see the negativity around me unless I am legally bound to stay at the place. Strange is that the girls quit their job because their manager made them work an hour extra on a particular day to meet their official targets. Isn't it the time when you needed to show your ' I don't quit' attitude ?
