EASY VEGAN PAD THAI SPRING ROLL RECIPE

This is one of my favorite recipes! Once I made this the first time I just kept making it every night because it's really easy and delicious! Here are the things you'll need

INGREDIENTS:

PAD THAI NOODLES:

1. noodles
2. ginger paste
3. crushed garlic
4. edamame beans
5. chopped green onions
6. olive oil
7. red chili sauce
8. peanut butter
9. sesame oil
10. soy sauce

SPRING ROLL INGREDIENTS:

1. rice noodles
2. carrots
3. cabbage
4. tofu
5. mint
6. broccoli sprouts
7. spring roll rice paper

Vegan food has a misconception about it that it's boring tasteless food but I hope you guys will try this so you can see how delicious most vegan food really is!
