Hello everyone.
If you are visiting Bosnia and you come to city Bihać, Štrbački buk waterfall is place that you should visit.
Štrbački buk waterfall is on the river Una. It is 25 meters high. It is part of "Una National Park". Una river is very good place for rafting and Štrbački buk is part of International Una Regatta rafting event held on river Una.
Nacionalni park Una ( Nationa Park Una). It is established in 2008 and its goal is to protect rivers Una along with its tributaries Krka and Unac. It is Bosnia and Herzegovina largest National Park. Its protection zone is 198 km squared.
Šttrbački buk is part of Una National Park.

And this is waterfall side. Here we can not see waterfall but it is there. On the edge.

Along river side are these wooden pathways. It is nice to have these wooden pathways between river on the one side and rocks on the other.
And the waterfall. Little sneak from far away.

Down the stream there are couple more smaller waterfalls.
It is such beauty when you see it. As you look it from further distance it somehow even add to its beauty. Yet when you get closer it is again even more beautiful.
On this side there are couple more smaller waterfalls.
Una river is great place for rafting. Each year there is International Una Regatta. It is event where couple days people from around the world come for rafting on the river Una for couple days. This year it was 48th Una regata. One of the stops is here at Štrbački buk.
Here you can see one group with raft preparing to go over one smaller waterfall.

And ride down the waterfall was success.
There is lot of water here.
This is small wooden water mill.
As we go down the stream we see more smaller waterfalls. And they look more beautiful as we more waterfalls add on.
There are small places like this with where you can climb and enjoy beautiful view.
This leads to the place where you can get down to the river side.
There is hiking route of 3 kilometers. It is called Crno vrelo or Black spring. We did not go here. Maybe next time.

I managed to go down to the rocks near the river. It was slippery so I did not get closer to the water.
There is wooden platform with beautiful view. And with stairs near you can come close to the river.
