Any good farmer will understand that there is a season to plant and a harvesting season. You cannot plant during the harvest season and expect to have a bumper harvest. So also are other things subject to times and seasons. Understanding the times and seasons will effortlessly put you in command of the things your run around for.

As a student, for example, you are not to wait till the exam timetable is out before you start to read, otherwise you will have a backlog of books to cover and you may end up not covering any. Any good student should know that the right time to start preparing for exam is the start of the semester.
This same thing is applicable in the military. A good soldier is not trained on the battle ground but he is trained ahead of time and put ready for the day of battle. Whatever you do, try to always remember that there is time to everything and anything outside the time will be a challenge on the process and may lead to struggles.
When an idea comes to you, wisdom demands that you should start at that moment to work on it. A friend on mine once explained things about timing to me, he explained that "delay, more often than not, defeats equity".
Looking at the statement holistically, there is truth in it because, when two equities are presented to two people with the same opportunity, the equity on time will naturally be favoured over the other one and will prevail.
You should understand that the ideas that come to you may not be your absolute preoperative or exclusively preserved for only you, someone somewhere may also have similar ideas. Now you understand why delay may be very fatal, cos that person might unleash his idea before yours and will enjoy the grace of "early bird".
