Hola gente de #Hive y #SWC, en esta ocasión les traigo un video de mi entrenamiento de front. Como pueden ver en el titulo hoy me dediqué sobre todo a fortalecer mis estáticos pero sobre todo el front, por lo que realicé primero una OAP (para no perder la costumbre), y luego procedí a entrenar el front, de manera sobre todo de aguantes en la nueva progresión que estoy intentando dominar: "Touch". Pro lo que hice algunos mini combos para adaptar al cuerpo a tirarlo mas seguido y pues en realidad terminar de sacarlo definitivamente; luego de eso hice algunos hefestos aunque no los grabé, y ese fue mi entrenamiento de hoy, les dejo con el video. Sin más, espero les guste.

Hello #Hive and #SWC people, this time I bring you a video of my front training. As you can see in the title today I dedicated myself mainly to strengthen my statics but especially the front, so I first performed an OAP (not to lose the habit), and then I proceeded to train the front, especially in the new progression that I'm trying to master: “Touch”. So I did some mini combos to adapt the body to throw it more often and actually finish to take it out definitively; after that I did some hefts although I didn't record them, and that was my training today, I leave you with the video.
