In my opinion, the excitement and rest are necessary for each person. I share your weekly trip with my wife to the city of Bodrum. Excitement, sport and rest for both of us, after a hard work period.
We enjoyed this journey and had the best moments together. Lovely situations with a heart full of love and joy. Moments in dance, sports, swimming and sleep :D.
Also,photographs in the emotional and excitement moments are the best subject for photography, because these can show the very best moments in a photography shot perfectly.
