The month of August has begun and it is the last month of this year's summer. We are only a few months away from autumn and the cold season. Since these are the final days of summer we decided to organize a great program to enjoy it even more.
Unfortunately the weather in my city has become very hot again these days and the temperature has reached 34 degrees Celsius so it feels quite hot.
Keeping this in mind we made a plan with our friends to go to the swimming pool and enjoy bathing in cool water, swimming and other recreational activities during this hot weather.
We received instructions from the Sports Secretary to take the Fatimiya students to the swimming pool because these are the last weeks for swimming.
After this swimming becomes a little difficult during winter. So he arranged a meeting and all the staff decided that on Saturday we would take the children to Red Rose Swimming Pool.
Different responsibilities were assigned to different people. Some were given the responsibility of informing the children and asking who wanted to take part in the program.
Others were assigned to collect money from the children so that the swimming entry fee could be arranged. Some were given the responsibility of transportation while a few friends were asked to supervise the children.
I was personally given the responsibility of photography which is also my hobby and I really enjoy doing it.
It was decided that we would leave for the swimming pool at 10:00 AM on Saturday... When I counted all the children and staff members we were around 60 people. Thats a huge number and was not easy to manage.
As soon as we entered the swimming pool, it quickly became full of our children. The children happily put on their swimming dresses, took showers and started jumping into the water.
The atmosphere was very pleasant. Every boy was expressing his happiness in his own way. Some were enjoying diving into the water, some were splashing water on each other and others were enjoying proper swimming.
My responsibility was to keep taking good photographs of the children and all their activities.
I tried to capture every action and pose, including dives, underwater swimming moments and other memorable shots.
I apologize because there are quite a lot of pictures.
I thought that today I would share all of them with you. There are more than 50 photos which I have shared with you and they have become a memorable collection that I have preserved.
After spending about two hours there, the management team asked all the children to come out of the pool and wear their regular clothes before heading back home.
In this way, after about two hours, the swimming activity came to an end and everyone returned home.
Swimming is certainly considered one of the best sports and is an excellent way to improve physical fitness, body development and recreation.
That is why we made the most of this weekend by enjoying swimming and tried to enjoy every moment of the day. I hope you liked all these pictures as well.
