Mad Giant: Clock Punch Porter.
This past weekend I tested another craft BEER purchased before the restriction on the sale of alcohol was re-introduced by the government, as part of the Covid-19 restrictions!!
The BEER I tested was a Porter named Clock Punch, brewed by the Mad Giant brewery!! They really have a good range off BEER, and I only had the one bad experience with one of their beers, when I bought a Pilsner that was past its "Best Before" date!!
This BEER comes in a 340ml bottle and has 5.8% alcohol. The label does not look like much.
The label says "Dare to Conquer" and this is exactly what I planned to do!!
The label also says well deserved, and I think, I really deserved this BEER!!
It poured with a pitch black color, with a medium off-white head.
It was now time to taste my well deserved beer, and it tasted good. It tasted surprisingly, a lot like my own, home brewed stout, that I posted on recently. It had a bit of a burnt toffee taste and slightly bitter, I loved it!!
