Zucchini donuts

A summer favourite...

Zucchini donuts!!

All you need is:

• Zucchinis
• Feta cheese
• Eggs
• Flour
• Baking powder
• Peppermint
• Dill
• Salt
• Pepper

Mix them all in a bowl to make a thick battery and fry in oil!!
