No sleeping in this morning. The 39th Annual Visalia Lions Invitational Band Review was being judged just a 100 yards from our front door.

For the last 4 years, I’ve enjoyed walking around the Annual Band Review.

@theharvey, @luvbnamome and I enjoyed walking around this morning, and @daniel-san endured.

Not sure how many Central California schools competed today, but a good part of downtown Visalia is blocked off, and covered with school buses.

I’m sure @luvbnamome is near 5000 steps for the day, but she has lost complete interest in @actifit, but her oncologist recommended that she add walking to her weekly routine.

I thought my shift at Starbucks started at 11:30 this morning, but it was 11:00. I had to run the half mile to work, and I was still 5 minutes late to work.

I gained over 6000 steps during my Starbucks shift. It was one of the busiest shifts that I worked this year, with all the students involved in the band review.

I walked home from work and then walked around the High School campus with @theharvey.

Good thing I’m satisfied with today’s @actifit activity count. I have to work an early shift at Starbucks tomorrow morning, and I haven’t worked an early shift at Starbucks in 7 years.

I need to save my energy.
