I just finished working a very busy shift at Starbucks this afternoon. I gained 7,000 steps during my shift at work.

I walked an extra 3,000 steps on the walk home from work, and now I’m spending the evening with my beautiful family.

@luvbnamome had to open at Starbucks this morning, so I walked 10,000 steps to gain an #AutomaticWin very early this morning.
