It’s called espresso water. I have reduced my espresso intake considerably in the last couple months.

My new afternoon drink is a venti water with a solo shot of espresso.

I have been drinking a lot more water, and drinking a lot less espresso.

• Starbucks needed my expertise, and I worked a busy afternoon shift.
• I walked the long way to work, and walked an extra 2 miles on the walk home.
• this evening, I walked 8000 steps to score over 19000 steps for the day.
