Cars and family walks on My Actifit Report Card: March 16 2019

The day started with a family walk down to the St. Patrick’s Day Parade and to The Woodies in the Valley car show.

This evening the family and I walked to the downtown A&W to see some Hot Rods, and then we walked Main Street.

The weather is amazing, so it’s so nice to walk around all day and night.

@daniel-san and @theharvey both did over 5k today, and that’s not bad for two little boys.

Throughout the day, I did nearly 200 push-ups and did a set for the Twitter seven77 challenge.
