Spectator at California’s State Wrestling Championships on My Actifit Report Card: February 23 2019

I spent the afternoon and evening with @luvbnamome at California’s State Wrestling Championships in Bakersfield California.

Most of my @actifit activity was accumulated by walking around Rabobank Arena and looking for a place to sit.

I was 500 steps from 5K after the tournament, so I ran around a Del Taco parking lot to capture 5K.

Tomorrow will be a much higher count, because I plan to wake up super early for an #AutomaticWin.

I also did over 100 push-ups today, and my strength and endurance improves daily.
