I'm crewing for a few mates who are cycling across northern Spain this week. I have of course got my running kit with me.
My first chance for a run came in Bilbao. It was a chance to see the Frank Gehry designed Guggenheim.

It was all about the sightseeing and keeping the heart rate relaxed (aided by photo stops and road crossings).
Lovely and flat by the river but not so much to get back to the apartment!
