Description from Strava: Had a wonderful morning attending my partners graduation. Even though we were staying nearby, it was still a very early start (6am!), in oder to get signed in and organised for the ceremony to take place at 9.30. It was thoroughly enjoyable, but there were lots of time spent sat around waiting, or queueing, that by the time we arrived back to the accommodation at 2pm i was eager to stretch my legs.
I preplanned a couple of routes last week for various distances, and decided that for today, a 7km run would be enough. The route took me out onto some trails by the side of the River Eden, before linking up to a main road, and then through several housing estates. An enjoyable little route, and one I'd do again if i have time.
Now for a quick shower, begore we head out to Toby Carvery to celebrate (and my gosh i am flippin' starving!)
