Well this is my first post as part of the challenge currently happening in the cycling community. I wanted to add my spin bike as I probably do a majority of my riding on this bike as it is really time efficient and I can also get on and ride even when the weather is crappy.
That was the issue today cause I really prefer to get outside during the weekend. But it was wet and very windy so opted to stay inside and do an easy 10 minute warm up, a 60 minute Motosumo Ride and then a 10 minute cool down.
The spin bike it just a very basic spin ike that cost me about $500 from Elite Fitness when we first moved into this place about 6 years ago. It's very basic but has done any awesome job.
