Hi friends Assalamualaikum, how are you all, I hope that by the grace of Allah, everyone is well, I am also very well Alhamdulillah, today I have come up with another new recipe for you.
Hope you will like the recipe that I am going to share with us today.
After hearing the name of my recipe, many people may be surprised that it is actually a vegetable in our village called jute, especially as one of the most important export products of Bangladesh. No I will only tell you how to cook jute greens.
Jute greens are very tasty dish, I would say if you fry light dal and jute greens then you can eat more rice with this curry than you can eat with fish.
Well, that's enough talk, let's get started.
Let's know what ingredients you might need to make Pateshwar Bhaji,
Then what I did was to chop the onion, green chillies and grind them and then take the garlic paste in a bowl,
What you will do next is to add oil in the pan, after that add onion, garlic, green chillies and light cumin powder and a little salt and saute it well in the oil.
Once it is grinded well start adding jute leaves in it little by little so that it becomes smooth add little by little add too much it will not be smooth it will become coarse so you have to smooth it with small amount as I am doing,
You have to put it on low flame and slowly stir it with the help of the bell head, when the total amount becomes seven stirs then your cooking is complete.
You can cook this jute vegetable in a very short time. It is very tasty. I like to eat it with thin dal or meat or other food and my family likes it very much. You can try it once and see how it feels.
This was my recipe for today, I hope you like it, if you like it, please let me know in the comment box, then I will be encouraged to come up with new recipes.
