Complexion perception
the deadliest foe

that turns eagle eyes
into arrows

that turns arrow heads
into skin

and pierces our human vale

I gave you enough
gold to garnish

your plate with which
you love to harness

all that comes along
and pass your way

but wealth was simply
not enough

you would rather
choose to cuff

this wraith who knows
their life will end

Good morning, Friday

I hope to find you

In less desperate times

to satisfy myself

with your siblings

soon I will say

My time with you is no better or worse than the other days

Where is the auction
for my worth?

where are the regal
nobles and clerks?

when will I stop
my external valuation?

the web of wonder
bends time

to join the best
in locked step

so freedom is aquainted
with every breath
