I just finished a 13.014km running that lasted about 1hh:40mm:9ss !
Morning running up up up Mam Tor. Misty, perfect temperature, just beautiful. Had to walk about half of the climbs and my heart rate still managed to peak at a ridiculous 182bmp! Absolutely exhausted now. Ultra Marathon entered for May 2021 so next time I try this run it’s got to be 2 laps!
