I just finished a 16.16km running that lasted about 1hh:24mm:30ss !
Long run Saturday. I worked 10am - 2:30pm at the hospital and ran straight from there for a change of scenery. There are 2 parks in close proximity to the hospital so I was able to run round them both.
I was surprised at how busy everywhere was! I was constantly people dodging & having to stop to let people through. People have obviously had enough of isolating and were out in their droves.
Fortunately it was a steady paced run so I wasn’t trying to make time anywhere & I still felt alive at the end of it. Really enjoyed it all in all.
