Cuántas veces callamos la voz de nuestro corazón, de nuestro ser. Por memorias impuestas, creencias familiares o por el simple hecho de que muchos veces nos juzgamos a nosotros mismos por tener diferentes elecciones cada día o incluso en el mismo día.
¿Que tal si nos vemos reflejados en la naturaleza? Y aceptamos nuestros cambios internos y externos como la luna?
Hace un tiempo vengo implementando eso en mi vida.¿Cuesta? Claro que cuesta,es un proceso largo también. Pero les aseguro que si somos consientes que podemos elegir a cada instante en nuestra vida, el viaje se hace más liviano. Claro que siempre teniendo en cuenta que muchas de nuestras elecciones incluyen a un otro ya que somos comunidad, somos red. Ahí es donde se ven reflejados nuestros verdaderos valores y respeto para con el otro. Creando también espacios y con el ejemplo ser espejo para un otro.
Puede que muchas elecciones de los demás no nos gusten tanto, es ahí donde estaremos con tanto espacio y liviandad para poder trascender las circunstancias de la vida tantos externas como internas de una manera más clara, desde un punto de vista diferente.
A esto es lo que llamo empoderarse desde la elección y respeto.

How many times do we silence the voice of our heart, of our being. Due to imposed memories, family beliefs or the simple fact that we often judge ourselves for having different choices every day or even on the same day.
What if we see ourselves reflected in nature? And do we accept our internal and external changes like the moon?
I have been implementing this in my life for some time now. Does it cost? Of course it costs, it is a long process too. But I assure you that if we are aware that we can choose at every moment in our lives, the journey becomes lighter. Of course, always keeping in mind that many of our choices include another since we are a community, we are a network. That is where our true values and respect for each other are reflected. Also creating spaces and by example being a mirror for another.
We may not like many of the choices of others, that is where we will be with so much space and lightness to be able to transcend the circumstances of life, both external and internal, in a more clear, from a different point of view.
This is what I call empowerment through choice and respect.
