Hard work at Steem not recognizing old or new accounts

Hi Steemian how are you? Hopefully always healthy and creative work.
In the midst of lethargic Steem values at this time we still must continue to be optimistic. As a cash creator I believe this situation cannot be easily and quickly corrected. All requires a process to get what we expect.
We know how low Steem is currently. Every time you open the Steem via dapp we use it to see the Steem price. However, we are still constantly seeing the price that can not move from 20 cents to the dollar.
If you think in terms of profit and loss, there will definitely emerge a feeling that makes us work. We will feel as if we are just wasting our time and thought to create works and post them. Especially when we see the rewards that we get are still small. This can make our rich spirits fade.

Trap for a new account

For large accounts with many participants and having large SP may not be felt. But to achieve that position is certainly not easy. Everyone must have felt how hard Steem world was. So the new account must see how the struggle to reach the position that we see is comfortable. Don't just see how good it is to be a big account. but look at how they can survive in the middle of the Steem wave that is still not as stable as before, when the Steem value is at 5 dollars or more.
We can see big accounts like @xpilar continuing to work consistently. Various works of art that he made even made others so called to make a story or give more meaning to his work. And I really want to give a high reward for an account that is able to make his work as an inspiration for an interesting story. The result is that we can see that his works received comments in the form of fiction from @amart, @jdbs, @jadnven, @stef1 and other accounts that always make interesting stories. Moreover, with the support of his team such as @sultan-aceh, @reflector, @hingsten, @bippe, @davidad will be able to support each other's development. The power of togetherness can make growth to become dolphin, Ocra, Shark and whale. but all that must go through the stages that must be passed.
This proves to us that at Steem we all must continue to work hard. So for new accounts, don't feel trapped by Steem. don't just think that by joining Steem we will easily get an economic improvement. All must be passed until we can get income from Steem.
I believe that many new accounts will continue to struggle. This is the consistency of struggle. And I am sure the struggle and hard work will not reward the results.
I remember when @wongbraling asked me about Steem and I tried to explain. From several times the contact via Whatsapp I convey do not despair. never stop to say and keep the spirit to post.
From the posts that he did I see getting better and this could be an example for other bar accounts. I feel proud because he can quickly learn and look for loopholes to be able to continue to develop his talent.

Kerja keras di Steem tak mengenal akun lama atau baru
Hai Steemian bagaimana kabarnya? Semoga selalu sehat dan kreatif berkarya.
Di tengah lesunya nilai Steem saat ini kita masih harus terus optimis. Sebagai kreator kontan ssaya percaya keadaan ini tidak bisa dengan mudah dan cepat diperbaiki. Semua membutuhkan proses untuk menuju apa yang kita harapkan.
Kita tahu betapa rendahnya nilai Steem saat ini. Setiap kali membuka Steem melalui dapp yang kita gunakan sellau melihat harga Steem. Nmaun, kita masih tertus melihat harga yang elum bisa beranjak dari 20 sen dollar.
Kalau dipikir secara untung rugi, pasti akan muncul perasaan yang membuah kita alas berkarya. Kita akan merasa seolah-olah kita hanya membuang waktu dan pikira ikita untuk membuat karya dan mempostingnya. Apalagi saat melihta reward yang kita dapatkan masih saja kecil. Ini bisa membuat semangat berkaya kita bisa luntur.

Jerat bagi akun baru

Bagi akun besar dengan pegikut banyak dan memiliki SP besar mungkin tidak terlalu terasa. Namun untuk mencapai posisi itu tentu bukan hal mudah. Semua pasti pernah merasakan bagaimana kerasnya Steem world. Jadi bagi akun baru harus melihat bagaimana perjuangan bisa mencapai posisi yang kita lihat sudah nyaman. Jangan hanya melihat betapa enaknya menjadi akun besar. tapi lihatlah bagaiamana mereka bisa bertahan di tengah gelombang Steem yang masih belum sestabil dulu, saat nilai Steem berada diangka 5 dolar atau lebih.
Kita bisa melihat akun besar seperti @xpilar terus berkarya dengan konsisten. Berbagai karya senia yang ia buat bahkan membuat orang lain jadi terpanggil untuk membuat cerita atau member arti lebih pada karyanya. Dan saya ingta betul ia akan memberi reward yang tinggi bagi akun yang mampu menjadikan karyanya sebagai inspirasi sebuah cerita menarik. haslnya kita bisa lihat karya-karyanya mendapat komentar delam bentuk fiksi dari @amart, @jdbs, @jadnven, @stef1 dan akun lain yang selalu membuat cerita menarik. Apalagi dengan dukungan timnya seperti @sultan-aceh, @reflektor, @hingsten, bippe, @davidad akan mampu saling mendukung perkembangan mereka. Kekuatan kebersamaan bisa membuat pertumbuhan hingga menjadi dolphin, Ocra, Shark dan whale. namun semua itu haru melalui tahapan yang hars dilalui.
Ini membuktikan kepada kita bahwa di Steem kita semua harus terus bekerja keras. Jadi bagi akun baru jangan sampai merasa terjerat oleh Steem. jangan hanya berpikir bahwa dengan bergabung di Steem kita akan dengan mudah mendapat perbaikan ekonomi. Semua harus dilalui hingga kita bisa mendapatkan penghasilan dar Steem.
Saya percaya banyak akun baru yang trus berjuang tana henti. Ini betuk konsistensi perjuangan. Dan saya yakin perjuangan dan usaha keras tidak akan mengngkari hasil.
Saya ingat ketika @wongbraling bertanya apakah tentang Steem dan saya coba jelaskan. Dari beberapa kali kontak melelaui Whatsapp saya sampaikan jangan berputus asa. jangan pernah berhenti untuk berkatya dan tetap memelihara semangat untuk posting.
Dari postingan yang ia lakukan saya melihat makin bagus dan ini bisa jadi contoh bagi akun bar lainnya. saya ikut merasa bangga karena dia bisa cepat belajar dan mencari celah untuk bisa terus mengembangkan bakatnya.
