The current has arrived,
the river grows through the tears,
the whisper has become screams,
cold the body between warm breaths.
That smell of refined wood,
mingling with caffeine and chamomile,
a touch of sweet peach,
to sweeten the body in tears.
But even when the night is long,
the day is looming, announcing farewell,
that litany between the throats
does not dissipate, but irritates.
That wood searches for its origin,
rests between tired shoulders,
bodies of wounded men,
for the loss of their loved one.
You no longer suffer before life,
but the living is when you cry the most,
a pain that for nothing gets better,
and that the thoughts do not abandon them.
Caravan of soundless cars,
flashing lights before the message,
is the last journey of this body,
whose soul rests in the memory.
And still he wondered,
why his tears did not show,
he felt more hurt than hurt by the fact,
given a human in spite.
But when he looked into that hole,
it was not the call of the surroundings,
it was to fall into reality,
of not being prepared to cry.
And then words were spoken,
and they came to his face,
stained with the acclaimed tears,
and that torrential knot inside his throat.
It was a long battle between wars,
and now he can rest in peace,
with a hope of life,
in a swollen river of reality.
