I just finished a 5.603km running that lasted about 0hh:29mm:16ss !
I had to do it today otherwise I would be slacking the whole week and not run at all. So, I went out despite the rain and the cold forecast for this morning . I need to do some running gear shopping actually. The gear I have is ideal for the summer but is not at all comfortable for the other seasons. Well, there are some thing you want to invest right.
The run was quite comfortable. I was listening to a podcast on Bitcoin and Monetary policies while running. It shows how deep I am into cryptocurrencies and economic trends these days. I could listen to a whole podcast of Unchained which lasted for almost half an hour. It is interesting to utilize your time while running and also keep focused on what matters. I love podcasts.
The podcast made me think less about the speed and pace I am running with. The run was comfortable, partly due to the weather. The pace was uniform. Time was ideal. Let's hope I can find time this week at least once.
