I just finished a 5.787km running that lasted about 0hh:28mm:53ss !
Another day and another run but the same conditions. Today was as beautiful as yesterday but without the morning fog. The weather outside was so pretty, I could not stop myself from going into the woods for a bit. I always love this route where I get to go into the deep sanctuary of ravines along a creek that goes through the City.
The pace was nice and friendly. I made couple of stops in between to soak into the glory of morning nature and the changing Fall colours in the ravine. It was satisfying to say the least. The elevation I get to climb on this route is challenging. I had to stop while climbing that elevation. I could not do it.
Let's see if I can manage to continue the streak this week. Hoping at least run twice before the next weekend.
