Winter is coming and with it, my will to cook comfort food.
Ingredients:
| 500g of chopped meat (I used beef) | |
| 6 eggs | |
| 1 onion | |
| 2 garlic cloves | |
| olives (to taste) | |
| 2 soup spoons of butter (only one shown in the photo) | |
| 1 soup spoon of cheese | |
| salt | |
| parsley | |
| coriander |
1 - Saut茅 the chopped onion and garlic in butter until it gets the golden colour.
2 - Add the meat, season with salt and add the olives. Cook around 5 minutes in low 馃敟.
3 - Add chopped parsley and coriander. Let cook ~10 minutes in low 馃敟.
4 - Meanwhile, beat the eggs and mix the cheese after.
5 - Place the meat in a bowl and add the eggs with cheese on top. Put in the oven until it gets golden on top (It took me ~20min at 180潞C).
6 - Et voil脿... Shut up and eat! 馃構
It was good match with a glass of tasty red wine (and a perfect glass coaster!) 馃構
