@claudimar,
@egleidyssc74,
@jesymora y
Capturing new users for Hive is not an easy job, the truth is not easy for many to understand how the platform works, so we prepare ourselves very well to try to convey in simple words the most important thing, and that those who decide to enter do so knowing as best as possible how the blockchain works as far as blogging is concerned, because the development of publications, is another story.
In fact, I think this is the hardest part for those of us who work with onboarding, because from my point of view it is not just about recruiting people and leaving them to their fate, so that they can defend themselves, it is a great work of accompaniment that goes hand in hand with onboarding, because it is not about explaining what Hive is and how it works, but to teach them how to develop their posts, from deciding which community to publish in, through titles, tags, photo editing, covers, and everything that involves presenting quality content, which is what we are looking for.
In my particular case I have helped several people to start on this path, and luckily they did it in the best possible way, with beautiful work and quality content, and no doubt that fills me with great emotion, but as happens with all things, some continued and others eventually end up giving up or dedicating themselves to their jobs outside Hive, and is that Hive more than understand it, you have to love it, it is a lifestyle that certainly is not for everyone, but as happens when you really fall in love, it is for life.
Fortunately of the people who have joined the platform by my hand, more are those who have remained than those who have left, some are already more than in love with the project and its blog, and others are on that path. I love to be of help, and above all to see how little by little they are letting go of my hand and feel the security of working alone. There are not as many messages as in the first weeks, nor as many questions as before. They now choose their labels on their own and work with confidence in what they have been learning.
This last group that joined with me, gave me a lot of work, because there were four users at the same time and although I had the help of
@sugarelys, you can't imagine what it was like to have my cell all day exploding with messages, because besides, I'm a mother hen.
I read and corrected each post before it was published, checked the covers, helped with the tags and selection of the community, and of course, I was happy to see their beautiful posts. Today that they work practically alone, each one at their own pace, according to their daily activities (because believe me they are busy women), I feel happy to see the love with which they work, I love to know that I didn't waste my time, that every advice was taken into account and that can be seen in their blogs.
@claudimar,
@egleidyssc74,
@jesymora and
@noheliah, know that I am proud of you and I hope to see you continue to grow in Hive.
Let's remember that it's not just about capturing, it's about accompanying and also releasing....
