¡Lindas y deliciosas!
I always thought that dry dough cookies, (those we usually see in bakeries), were very difficult to prepare, and thanks to that perception, I spent a long time without making them at home, but one day, curiosity and the desire to eat something sweet won me over, and I looked up the recipe, and I could see that not only were they simple to make, but they are ready in no time at all.
It is an easy dough to prepare, with very few ingredients, quick baking, and best of all, is that they really look like the ones from the bakery, so I wanted to share the recipe with you, taking advantage that a few days ago a friend from church, ordered me some, to give them as a gift to the children of her Sunday class and I documented the whole process.
So today you will learn how to prepare dry pasta cookies, and we start with the ingredients.
INGREDIENTS
250 grs leavening flour
125 grams of sugar
125 grs margarine
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
PREPARATION
To make these cookies, the first thing to do is to beat the margarine with the sugar for 20 minutes.
What we want to achieve with this is that the sugar dissolves as much as possible, besides increasing the volume of the margarine.
Once this step is ready, add the egg and the vanilla and beat until we have a homogeneous mixture.
Next, we incorporate the flour, which we will do with a paddle or miserable, without mixing too much, just enough so that no trace of flour is seen in the mixture, because we are looking for a "rustic " dough, so to speak.
To shape these cookies we will use a piping bag and a star nozzle, or one of your preference, because one of the main characteristics of these cookies is their shape, which is achieved with the piping bag, due to the texture of the dough.
So we will place part of the mixture in the piping bag and form our cookies.
I made some round and some heart-shaped, on a buttered tray.
Once this step was ready, I baked them in a preheated oven at 200° for about 10 minutes (this will depend on your oven). And as you can see they are really nice, easy to prepare and very tasty.
They are the perfect cookies to eat alone, with coffee or coffee with milk, you can also add colored sprinkles, chocolate drops or even dip them in chocolate, either way they are absolutely delicious.
In this case, as they were to be given as a gift, what I did was to place them inside a little sticky bag, and they were ready to give to the children at church.
Cute and delicious!
