UJUNG LEKAS GEOSITE // A hidden area that is much sought after by visitors

In this post I will share my experience while exploring a tourist destination that is currently quite popular in the city of Takengon, namely Ujung Lekas Geoisite. This tourist spot has become popular because there is a hilly area that can be explored by visitors. The hilly area is very popular with visitors because from up there visitors can see the view with a wider and clearer view, but in this post I will focus more on telling my experience while exploring an area that is highly sought after by visitors, especially visitors who want to take pictures namely in a separate rock area
This separate rock area is right on the edge of the tawar sea, and to get there we also have to go down the hill first.
It was my partner who gave me information about this separate rock, it turns out he had wanted to go to this place for a long time, a feeling of satisfaction and happiness radiated from his face. Luckily, we could easily descend the hill thanks to the stairs
Down there were also two other visitors, they looked busy taking photos and immortalizing every moment. When I was going down this hill, I managed to find a cave located on the right side of the road, whether this was a cave or not(I don't know) its appearance made me curious to approach it.
And it turned out to be true that it was a cave, the reason I dared to approach this cave was because I saw there was wood ash which was probably where visitors was grilling fish there, the wood ash was right in front of the cave entrance.I just saw this cave and didn't dare to go inside it, especially since this cave is not very big and the inside of the cave is also very narrow.
And this is the separate rock area that I mean. This rock is separate from this hilly area, luckily there is a small bridge to cross to the rock, with full satisfaction my partner and I immediately headed to the rock.At first glance, this rock is not too big and not too small, maybe it can only fit about 6 visitors. There is no fence on this rock, so it is highly recommended to be careful,and yes the view that I can see is even better.
It didn't take long, my partner immediately looked for a suitable position to take a photo.I like the view, but from the top of this rock we can also hear the soothing sound of the waves, and also feel the refreshing breeze.
The hills are clearly visible before our eyes, but the views from the rocks in the hilly area and the lush trees along the tawar sea shore are truly breathtaking. The clear sea water adds to the beauty of this view. The natural conditions are still very pristine and well-preserved, with grass and trees still in place.
This separate rock area was once very booming on social media, the place is hidden so many visitors are looking for information about this place, and many also find it. Everyone has their own goals but most of those who come here are just to take pictures, while I prefer to sit back and relax while enjoying the beautiful natural scenery.
