Good evening, fellow travelers, wherever you are. As always, I hope you are all staying healthy and happy, allowing you to go about your daily activities smoothly, and I hope you all have a wonderful day.
In this blog, I invite you all to explore and follow my journey to one of the popular tourist destinations on Weh Island, specifically the Sarang Cave, which combines the beauty of the beach and forest.
Unfortunately, the trip had to be cut short due to unfavorable weather. Nevertheless, the views within this tourist destination are truly extraordinary.
So, please continue to follow my simple blog to see some images showcasing the beauty of this tourist destination, as well as short articles from me.
If you've been following my blog lately, in my previous blog, I shared my trip to a popular tourist destination on Weh Island: Gua Sarang.
And on this occasion, I'd like to invite all my friends to explore this destination. This expansive area encompasses high cliffs, large rocks, and the main attraction, Gua Sarang, boasts four doors, which are truly fascinating to explore. This destination is nestled among the foothills. If you've followed my previous blog, you'll have seen my journey to this destination, which was pampered by the forest views.
After arriving at the tourist area and enjoying the views upon entering, we immediately followed the stairs that had been built down to the main attraction, Gua Sarang.
These stairs number around 500 more which I think takes around 10 minutes to go down and reach the point below which faces directly to the beach, and on the way down these stairs, I was accompanied by a very calm natural atmosphere and with the occasional chirping of wild birds which is so interesting to hear and of course the view is very pleasing to the eye so that it makes us feel so comfortable when going down these stairs and even I personally stopped for a moment just to take some pictures while going down the stairs area.
Continuing the story, we arrived at the main point, where visitors usually take time to enjoy the atmosphere and views of the tourist area before continuing on foot to Gua Sarang.
My friend...
The views in this area amazed me. The beach isn't covered in white sand, but rather the entire coastline is littered with small rocks. Personally, I believe this is what makes the seawater so unique, making it so clear that you can even see to the bottom even at a depth of 5 meters.
Then I overheard one of the visitors say that our trip had to stop here due to the weather. The beach was high tide, so we couldn't continue to the main tourist destination of Gua Sarang.
This made me think for a moment, but I don't regret what I've experienced so far, because this journey has truly captivated me.
Still in the Gua Sarang destination area, as I turned to another corner, I again encountered a sight that managed to amaze me.
My friend.....
This is the main icon in this area. Here, we will find several simple wooden swings on small rocks on the coast, their ropes directly attached to trees with the sea and hills in the background.
Here, I focused on the swings, while watching the waves. The strong wind messed up my hair, but believe me, this area makes anyone's heart feel so calm that it feels like the universe is saying Stop for a moment and enjoy the atmosphere provided in this area
After spending about 20 minutes in this area, the weather was still unfriendly, with the waves still looking very large and the tide still high. This prevented us from continuing our journey to the main attraction, Gua Sarang, even though we were already within the area.
We ultimately decided to head back up, considering the time we had to make stops at other popular destinations on Weh Island.
My friends...
Based on my personal experience visiting this tourist destination, I can say that there are three things that set this tourist destination apart from other destinations in Sabang: the complete package you get here, from the beach, forest, and cave.
The next thing is the unique color of the sea, with its shallow shore and coral reef bottom.
Finally, the most appealing thing, in my opinion, is that this tourist destination is less crowded than Ibouh. One reason I can cite is its slightly difficult access.
Alright, my friends, that concludes the simple blog I'm sharing this time. I hope you all enjoyed and enjoyed what I've shared. I also extend my heartfelt thanks to all of you who took the time to view and read my blog to the end.
Please leave your comments, support, and input, as they mean a lot to me, helping me create a better blog in the future.
So, if you ever vacation on Pulau Weh, I personally highly recommend making time to visit one of the popular tourist destinations in the Ibouh area: Gua Sarang. The natural beauty there will keep you entertained in every corner. Furthermore, I believe that sometimes exploration isn't about how far you walk, but how long you're willing to stop at a place that brings you peace.
That's all for now, and I'll see you in my next blog.
