Just last month, there was a beautiful addition to the cafeterias in Mangalore and it took less than a day for this place to be all over Instagram. So why was it so hyped-up? The extraordinary interiors and colors are what gave this place its charm.
My friend (on the left) had come from Manipal and was staying over at mine. I decided to take her out and we visited this café for lunch. It’s named White Room Deli and sports a royal white look.
It’s a very well-lit cute “instagrammable” place with neon signs, star lights and a very aesthetic vibe to it. The hype about the same got this place crowded in the first week. We were there on the second day after the opening and had to wait for 20 minutes to find a table.

We placed our orders and again had to wait for quite some time. And finally they brought in our mocktails. Here’s what we tried:

The Mango Summer Set and Berry Burlesque tasted fine. But the Mango Madness was out of the world. Creamy, sweet and luscious, this one won me.
We had ordered some eats which took forever to come because of the crowd present.
Here’s all we tried-
Mexican Chicken Wrap – Rs.170
Chimichuri Sandwich- Rs.170
Bang Bang Chicken- Rs.260
Barbeque Winglet- Rs.270
I loved the Mexican Wrap. It was spicy, juicy and truly a blast of flavors. The rest was pretty average.

We both had a wonderful time out. I haven't seen any of my friends since two months due to the lockdown imposed here and can't wait to actually be able to go out. :(
