This has been aging time Italian tradition. Most sold at pizzerias, candy shops and Italian ice cream stores. This one happens to be cherry ice and has real cherries in it. Other popular flavors are chocolate, pineapple, lemon and rainbow. It's a summer time favorite and we usually have one in the freezer at our social club.
