I lost interest in Star Wars: Jedi Fallen so I uninstalled it and started playing God of War: Ragnarök.

I became a fan of this franchise after playing the previous installment and I've waited for a long time for this game and now that its here, I don't see any reason to stick to Star Wars that I lost interest for. So, let's get into the world of Ragnarök.

Kratos was there looking at a pouch with the main menu activated there. I started a new game when the shaders were still being compiled cause I just couldn't wait to check it out.

Suddenly there came Atreus with a dead deer on his shoulder and it looked like the little kid has grown up a little for this installment.

Atreus asked what's next and Kratos mentioned they should head to home as the storm was getting worse.

Atreus went out of the cave again mentioning he'll get their ride ready so Kratos picked up the dead deer and walked outside.

After getting outside, Kratos found Atreus prepared their wolf sled for their journey to home. And while Kratos was stowing the deer on the sled, Atreus was checking on a soul orb secretly, that was used by the giants to preserve and store their souls before their race was wiped out by Thor and Odin (according to God of War wiki).

Once we started riding the wolf sled, the game let me know it was the first chapter named "The Path", where we had to survive the fimbulwinter for now but I was more interested in checking on the photo mode.

We were riding peacefully while the father and son were talking about their sick wolf Fenrir, and suddenly we heard screeching of a falcon. They understood it was no other than Freya and the angry lady jumped on Kratos right away.

Kratos pushed off the sled and started riding the sled even faster but Freya doesn't give up that easily so she came back and started attacking Kratos again.

After pushing her out of the sled again, the lady started breaking down trees on our path to stop us but we kept moving as fast as we could till she came back and this time she broke the neck of Kratos and yeah, killed him.

At the restart, she tried it again but this time I defended her perfectly and pulled Atreus on the sled who almost fell off because Freya jumped on his side of the sled.

We were holding tight knowing the protection stave was near. Then Freya came back and Atreus tried to stop her mentioning they're not her enemy but pushing him back, she stabbed Kratos in the shoulder.

That's all for this session. More moments coming soon and thanks for checking it out.
