.. and it feels great to be back.
I started my Blockchain Social Media Journey with STEEM when I somehow found out about a website an application called STEEPSHOT. I used it almost everyday for a while and then stopped doing it because I was not getting much traction, upvotes or engagement. I also did not try to interact with other users much and left the place. As you can see my last post was made on Sep 9, 2018 which was on STEEM.

I have crossed 9000 followers mark recently and soon I will be touching 10k mark. It's important for me because I have worked very hard for it. I have been posting content daily since I started posting 2 years ago when I took on a challenge to do just that. Sadly I haven't been able to monetize my content the way I wanted to. Apart from small brand deals, sponsorships and a few content creation project here & there, I haven't got anything substantial or consistent.
I have recently created a Youtube Channel of my own here I have started uploading Recipe Videos. Yes, I LOVE everything ABOUT FOOD. I am not a professional cook but this is one hobby that I practice almost daily. And that is the reason why I am here. I want to be here on HIVE for various reasons...
I am a creative person who didn't care much about Blockchain Technology or Cryptocurrency until I found STEEM. Although I went away because I couldn't fully understand it, but I did my research well and it got me interesting. I came back because now I am a better content creator. Back then I used to suck at taking photos and now I create videos too on daily basis. I have grown personally and professionally too.
After the fork from STEEM, Hive was born and the person who helped me understand STEEM has now made me understand why HIVE is better. Which is why I have decided to be here although a lot has changed since then. There are still a lot many things which I would learn in the upcoming days. I would like to interact with all of you and join amazing communities thriving on this ecosystem. So if you have any suggestions on how to get started, please let me know in the comments below. My areas of interest are food & photography. Slowly and gradually I will join more communities but this is a decent starting point I guess.
What I have learnt so far that 3Speak is the best video sharing platform HIVE has to offer. I am yet to make an account there which I would do just after publishing this post. I am planning to share my recipe videos there which I am already posting on Youtube and Other social media channels I own. Slowly as I grow my following, I will start posting exclusive content on 3Speak.
Recipe videos I make are mostly Indian & Fusion but since they do not have voiceovers, anyone can easily see and enjoy them. They are visually stimulating too so I hope it helps. ;) No language barrier in most cases. Just to give a bit of a trailer, I have made this amazing Strawberry Oreo Cake with only 4 Ingredients:

It was SIA's second birthday so I had to do something about it. Right now there is a lockdown going on in India so I didn't have much choice to bake it at home and that too without an over or eggs.
Anyway, I am also planning to bring my YT and Instagram audience on this platform. If I have a case study i.e. my own 3 Speak channel doing wonders ;) , then I would be able to showcase it to my followers on other channels as well. Please suggest me some more ways on how I can help this ecosystem.
